Some users experience issues after completing the e-learning courses we provide. This often occurs after users have complete all sections of the course but it is showing as in progress still.
To resolve this:
- Check all sections have been read/watched/completed.
- In the top right corner of the LMS course is a link which says EXIT COURSE/END COURSE.
- Click this button and this will complete the loop and close the course off.
